According to 5G communication coming, in 2017, STC began to develop Board to Board and Headers comply with PCIe Genx and USB Genx series support to high frequency & high data rate products. STC provides connectors with high-speed data transmission to customers around the world.
At the end of 2019, expended to Taiwan to invest in setting up a new production line for MES manufacturing. Coinciding with global supply chain disputes, it is more certain that STC expending Taiwan factory was necessary for supply chain risk diversification, in order to serve MIT customers.
